i. MUArvelous (“Company”, “Site”) will collect information about device: web browser, IP address, time zone, cookies installed on device; products viewed and how customers interact with site
ii. Site cannot alter data collection and other practices when there is ‘Do
Not Track” signal

b. How to use Personal Information (‘PI”)
i. Fulfill orders, communicate with customers, potential risk/fraud screening, share advertising information with customers, analytics

c. Sharing Personal Information
i. Can share with third parties to fulfill site/company goals or to comply with state/federal law regulations, supbeonas, search warrants, or lawful requests or to otherwise PROTECT INTERESTS

d. Behavioral Advertising
i. PI can be used for targeted marketing adverts or communications
e. Customer Rights
i. If EU customer:
1. Site must provide access to PI held about customer upon request for correction or deletion
2. Can still share Pi with third parties outside EU to pursue legitimate business interests
ii. Must delete order information upon request by customer, otherwise can maintain on site
